Katherine’s integrity as a Real Estate Agent is rooted in her creative background as a visual artist. As with artmaking, everything is considered; seemingly minor details may often be the most important. Buying or selling a home requires acute attention to detail, aptitude for clear communication with the client, and engagement with professionals across the industry. Katherine seeks out the nuances of communities and properties that create distinction. She has a deep appreciation of historic homes and notable architecture, influenced by both her upbringing in a home built in 1737 and later, from her experience working for a contemporary architectural photographer.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Katherine has lived in and navigated tight-knit neighborhoods in Philadelphia, New York, Boston and ultimately northeast Los Angeles. She received her BA from the University of Vermont and her MFA in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York. Katherine was represented by prominent art galleries for over 15 years and her artwork is held in private, public, and corporate collections.
Katherine is a member of the Pasadena Foothills Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the California Association of REALTORS®. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, painting and drawing in her home studio and tackling endless home improvement projects with her husband.
